A few design tips:

3.5” louvers are most popular, with 4.5” louvers a close second.
Use a standard tilt rod for a rustic or traditional style decor, and hidden tilt for a more modern style.
Divider rails and split tilt are popular options that let you keep the bottom louvers closed for privacy while tilting open the top louvers to let in light.
As for frames, the main idea is when you have trim/casing around your window, try the L frame (Standard, Decorative, or Flat). No casing or trim: all frames will work.
If your window has a bottom sill piece—usually marble or wood—make sure you click “with Sill” so you can get a full picture with the sill frame which sits on top of that sill piece.
